Myths in nutritional medicine
I eat healthily! I don’t need to take anything.
We hear this phrase time and time again in our work. We can’t blame our patients for that. You don’t know any better.
Almost every day, you read the antiquated statements of the German Nutrition Society in the public media: “In Germany, vitamin and mineral deficiencies are very rare among healthy people with a varied diet.”
However, our experience with intraerythrocytic blood analysis in our practice shows a completely different picture. This then corresponds to the condition of our patients. Because everyone knows how closely nutrition, brain metabolism, the immune system, and performance are linked. People want to remain energetic, fit, and productive for as long as possible. However, some people may be surprised because they do not feel well or perform well despite eating a balanced diet.
All aspects of clean eating, natural eating, species-appropriate nutrition for Homo sapiens digitalis, and the modified glycoplan according to Dr. Kurt Mosetter are discussed here.
Successful intestinal cleansing
The connection between the gut and periodontitis
All the bacteria in the gut form what is known as the microbiome. Diet has a major influence on the composition of the bacterial flora here. The microbiome can become unbalanced, for example, through poor diet or taking oral antibiotics.
The microbiome interacts with the immune system and regulates cytokine activity. In addition, the intestinal flora influences a person’s behavior and mood by communicating with the brain via the bloodstream and the nervous system.
A disruption of the intestinal barrier can be diagnosed in a laboratory by measuring the intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP). Elevated I-FABP levels are a sign of leaky gut syndrome. Only healthy gut flora can make sure you get all the good stuff from your food. This demonstrates the importance and necessity of intestinal cleansing in a holistic approach to healing and recovery in the overall context!
For healthy gut flora, we recommend our personalized nutrition plan. Plus acacia fiber, psyllium husk, omega-3 fatty acids, galactose, no added sugar (sugar is toxic!), glutamine, prebiotic and probiotic bacterial cultures, etc.
There is a saying:
“Life and death are in the gut!”
